- 2 cups of Spelt Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Nutmeg
- ½ tsp. Allspice
- 4 Whole Eggs
- 1 cup Cane Sugar
- 16 oz Pumpkin Filling
- 1 cup Apple Sauce
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. In another bowl, beat eggs and add sugar and flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips. Grease and flour a 15 x 10 jellyroll pan and add mixture. Bake for 25 – 35 minutes
