- ¾ cups Smooth Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- ¾ cups Agave Nectar
- ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 ½ cups Quick Cooking Oatmeal
- 1 ¼ cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries, Raisins, Chopped Dried Apricots, Seeds
- 1 cup Coarsely Chopped Nuts
Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray. In a sauce pan combine nut butter, nectar and cocoa. Cook over medium heat until smooth—stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in remainder of ingredients. Press batter firmly into prepared pan. Let cook and cut into bars. Bars can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen.
