Curried Cauliflower

  • 2 cups Cauliflower, fresh
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Flour
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Curry Powder
  • ½ cups Soy Milk

Cook cauliflowers, drain and set aside. In same saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour, salt and curry. Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk, heat until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in cauliflower.

Serves 3 to 4
