Ginger Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. flax seed oil (45 mL)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (15 to 30 mL)
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (5 mL)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation:

  • Place ingredients in a bowl and whisk together with a fork, or blend a larger quantity of all the ingredients in a blender and retain for future use.
  • Store in dark bottles in the refrigerator.

Makes about 1/4 cup (60 mL)
