Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. flax seed oil (45 mL)
- 1 to 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (15 to 30 mL)
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (5 mL)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation:
- Place ingredients in a bowl and whisk together with a fork, or blend a larger quantity of all the ingredients in a blender and retain for future use.
- Store in dark bottles in the refrigerator.
Makes about 1/4 cup (60 mL)
