Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup flax seed oil (60 mL)
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger or freshly grated (1 mL)
- 1/8 tsp. paprika (1 mL)
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar or lemon juice (5 mL)
- 1 tsp. marjoram (5 mL)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Toss all ingredients into a blender and process until Well blended.
- Try to use all the dressing, or cut the recipe in half, as the avocado will turn color if left too long in the refrigerator.
Makes about 1/2 cup (125 mL)

PINK LADY CONGEALED SALAD 1 lg. size strawberry Jello (reg. or sugar free)1 lg. can cuehsrd pineapple12 oz. carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)1/2 pt. whipping cream1 1/2 c. chopped pecansBring pineapple and juice to a boil in saucepan; add Jello from box to hot pineapple. Stir well until dissolved. Cool in refrigerator. Add other ingredients. Mold, overnight preferably.
