- 3 cups Water
- 2 – 3 Parsnips, cut into pieces
- 2 or 3 ripe Pears (Peeled & Diced)
- ½ tsp. Nutmeg or Ginger
- ½ cup Soy Milk
- 1 tbsp. Honey
Cook parsnips in water until tender. Add pears and simmer until soft. Puree in blender. Put back into saucepan, add Honey and Soy Milk. Heat and serve.
