Pecan, Orange, Green Salad

1 head of Romaine Lettuce washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
1 can of mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup Pecan halves carmelized in 2 tbsp. Maple Syrop. Cool and add to salad.
½ cup sliced onion
Take everyone and mix together. Add dressing.
Dressing:
½ cup olive oil
¼ vinegar
8 Pecan or Walnut halves
2 Tbps. Brown sugar (or small amount of Stevia or alternative sweetener.)
4 minced cloves of garlic
Blend dressing ingredients in a blender and pour over salad just prior to serving.
