- 1 (16 oz) canned Salmon
- ½ cup Minute Rice, uncooked
- ½ cup Carrot, raw and grated
- 3 tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, whole
- ½ tsp. Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 (10 oz) can, Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ cup Water
Mix and pour in a casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
