Ingredients:
2 medium avocados, firm but ripe
3/4 cup unflavored live-culture yogurt (185 mL) or tofu, pressed, drained and crumbled
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
l tsp. ground cumin (5 mL)
1-3 tbsp. piquant sauce to taste (15 to 45 mL)
Fresh minced cilantro to taste (optional)
1/2 cup finely diced onion (125 mL)
l/2 cup finely diced tomato (125 mL)
l garlic clove, minced or more if desired
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice (30 mL)
Preparation:
- Peel avocado and cut it into chunks. Blend the chunks in a food processor or blender with the yogurt or tofu and seasonings until smooth. If you do not have a blender. mash with a fork, stining vigorously until creamy.
- Add onion. tomato, and garlic and stir with a fork until well blended. If serving immediately, stir in lime juice.
- To avoid the avocado darkening with exposure to air, pour the lime juice over the top if you are storing it for a while, cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Stir in the juice just before serving.

One thing I'd prefer to reply to is that weotlghiss routine fast can be performed by the suitable diet and exercise. Ones size not just affects the look, but also the complete quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorders, health risks, along with physical skills are afflicted in an increase in weight. It is possible to just make everything right whilst still having a gain. If this happens, a medical problem may be the primary cause. While an excessive amount food but not enough exercising are usually at fault, common medical ailments and widely used prescriptions could greatly amplify size. I am grateful for your post in this article.
