Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 ¼ cups of Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1 tsp. Backing Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Xanthan Gum
- ¾ cups Softened Butter
- 1/3 cups Agave Nectar
- 3 tsp. Vanilla
- 12 oz. Chocolate Chips or Chunks
Preheat oven to 365 F. Combine dry ingredients. Combine butter and nectar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well mixed. Gradually add flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons until cookie sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly brown.

one thing I can see after flolowing the blog: There is no fixed "style" for elder, like all the kids do. To be hip, flolow the latest fashion... how lame and uninspirational is that? To express your OWN style is the true meaning of fashion freedom, and this is what I adore so much in all your pictures.
