Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. honey (30 mL)
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds (30 mL)
  • l tbsp. poppy seeds (15 mL)
  • 1-1/2 tsp. chopped white onion. (7 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp. wheat-free Tamari soy sauce or Worcestershire (l mL)
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika (l mL)
  • 1/4 cup flax seed oil (60 mL)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil (60 mL)
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar (60 mL) (replace with tarragon vinegar or lemon juicefor variety)

Preparation:

  • Simply combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Serves 6
