I’ve been told that I’m a “core” expert. I’m not sure about that but I will tell you I LOVE training core—it’s my favorite!—I believe you’re only as strong as your core.

  • I have clients that I see 2 to 3 times a week
  • Once a week of training with homework.
  • Twice a month with homework
  • Once a month program change

Every client gets cardio homework and possible core routines and stretching specific to the individual client’s needs.
I create a new workout routine every time. My passion is to see you truly embrace fitness into your lifestyle and have fun at the same time.
